1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IELTSflow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

IELTSflow provides a computer-delivered IELTS exam simulation environment, AI-powered writing and speaking evaluation, adaptive study planning, and progress analytics. The Platform is designed to help candidates practise and prepare for the IELTS examination.

IELTSflow is an independently developed educational tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the British Council, IDP Education, or Cambridge Assessment English.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using Google OAuth or email one-time password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

IELTSflow offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

If you upgrade to a paid plan and feel it does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at hello@ieltsflow.com to initiate a refund.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate writing evaluations, speaking assessments, study plans, and feedback. AI-generated scores, suggestions, and diagnostics are provided as learning aids and should not be considered official IELTS band scores or guarantees of exam performance.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without permission
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the Platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on the Platform are the property of IELTSflow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. IELTS is a registered trademark of the University of Cambridge ESOL, the British Council, and IDP Education Australia.

9. Limitation of Liability

IELTSflow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in a particular IELTS band score. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTSflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
